Phyllo dough is a thin, flaky pastry that can be used in a similar way to yufka for making dishes like baklava, börek, or other savory or sweet pastries. Puff pastry can also be used as a substitute for yufka, although it has a different texture and flavor. Both phyllo dough and puff pastry can be found in the freezer section of most grocery stores. **
