A ball python can constrict prey that is typically up to 10-15% of its own body weight. Since an adult ball python can weigh anywhere from 1-2 kilograms, it can constrict prey that is around 100-300 grams. This allows them to effectively subdue and consume a variety of small mammals and birds in the wild. **

One can consciously dilate or constrict the pupil through various methods. To dilate the pupil, one can expose their eyes to low light conditions or use eye drops that contain dilating agents such as phenylephrine or tropicamide. On the other hand, to constrict the pupil, one can expose their eyes to bright light or use eye drops that contain constriction agents such as pilocarpine. Additionally, certain emotions and mental states, such as fear or arousal, can also cause the pupils to dilate or constrict involuntarily. **

Pupils dilate and constrict in response to light in order to regulate the amount of light entering the eye. In bright light, the pupils constrict to reduce the amount of light entering the eye and prevent damage to the retina. In low light conditions, the pupils dilate to allow more light to enter the eye and improve visibility. This automatic adjustment helps to maintain optimal vision in different lighting conditions. **

Cats can independently dilate and constrict their pupils in response to changes in light levels and their level of arousal. This is controlled by the muscles in their irises, which are under both voluntary and involuntary control. When a cat is in a dimly lit environment or feeling threatened, their pupils will dilate to allow more light to enter the eye and improve their vision. Conversely, in bright light or when they are feeling relaxed, their pupils will constrict to reduce the amount of light entering the eye. This process is largely instinctual and happens without conscious effort on the part of the cat. **

Serenity and indifference are not the same thing. Serenity is a state of calmness and peace of mind, often achieved through acceptance and mindfulness. Indifference, on the other hand, implies a lack of concern or interest in something. While serenity can involve letting go of things beyond our control, it is not about being apathetic or detached. True serenity involves a sense of inner peace and contentment, while indifference may lead to a disconnect from emotions and relationships. **

I'm sorry, but I cannot answer that question as I do not have the ability to hear or perceive sounds. If you would like to know if your teacher whispered, I would recommend asking someone who was present in the same room as your teacher at the time in question. **
